Terms of Service
By requesting a trial, purchasing a license, downloading, or using GoldFunded software (“EA”), you agree to these Terms.
1. What GoldFunded is
GoldFunded is a MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (trade-management software) for XAUUSD and related use on your own broker or prop-firm platform account. We are not a broker, prop firm, investment adviser, or money manager. We do not take deposits or trade on your behalf.
2. License
- Trial licenses are time-limited (typically 14 days) and locked to the MT account number you provide.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase for the life of the product version line, locked to one MT account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the EA files or license keys.
- We may revoke a license for fraud, chargeback abuse, key sharing, or material breach of these Terms.
3. Risk modes (important)
- Low Risk - single-trade mode (no grid / no martingale averaging).
- High Risk - grid / martingale-style recovery mode (multiple positions, higher drawdown risk).
You choose the mode in EA inputs. Low Risk does not use grid; High Risk does and can produce larger drawdowns. Prop firm and broker rule compliance is your responsibility.
4. Payments
Lifetime licenses are paid through Stripe (or another method we expressly confirm). Prices are shown on the website at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on lifetime licenses once the license key and/or EA download have been delivered, including if you change your mind, fail a prop challenge, experience trading losses, or decide the product is not suitable. Trial access is provided so you can evaluate before buying. If a duplicate charge or confirmed payment error occurs, contact info@goldfunded.pro and we will review in good faith.
6. Results and claims
Past performance - including live track records, challenge certificates, and any examples we publish - does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Challenge passes and payouts shown on our site are historical examples related to use of the product; they are not a promise that you will pass or get paid.
7. Prop firms and third parties
Prop firms set their own rules (including restrictions on third-party EAs, capital allocation caps, and prohibited strategies). Compliance is your responsibility. Certificates from third-party firms remain the property/branding of those firms; we display them only as evidence of historical outcomes.
8. Support
We provide email/setup support on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime of license servers or MetaTrader connectivity on your side (VPS, broker, internet).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE EA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldFunded and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, prop-firm failures, account bans, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that license in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
