- Contact & account details you submit: name, email, MT4/MT5 account number, platform (MT4/MT5), and optional message notes.
- License & purchase data: license keys, plan type (trial/lifetime), payment status, and Stripe checkout references (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP, browser/user-agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
- Support content: emails, screenshots, and Expert log text you send us.
2. How we use information
- Issue and validate licenses, send EA download links, and provide setup support.
- Process payments via Stripe and prevent fraud or abuse (including one-trial-per-account rules).
- Improve the product, website, and documentation.
- Respond to your requests and send operational emails (license, setup, support). We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service (for example Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, and hosting). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users against abuse.
4. Retention
We keep license, purchase, and support records as long as needed for licensing, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of contact details where we are not required to retain them for those purposes.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices

7. Children
GoldFunded is not directed to children under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.
